Voting Options

There are three ways to vote for your board of directors:

1. Absentee Ballot
This voting option opens on April 1 and must be returned by May 10 at noon for our 2024 election. To request an absentee ballot, fill out our online request form, email us at smcmanus@acecwi.com, or give us a call at (800) 831-8629.

2. eVote
This voting option opens on April 1 and closes on May 10 at noon for our 2024 election. To vote online, log in to your SmartHub account and click the “Vote Now” button. Be sure to download the SmartHub mobile app for your convenience. Click here for step-by-step instructions on eVote.

3. In Person
Members can cast a ballot during our member event on May 11 beginning at 7:30 a.m. and until 9:30 a.m. We will have a voting booth at our member event. No ballots will be collected during our annual meeting.
