There are three ways to vote for your board of directors:
1. Absentee Ballot
The absentee ballot request form will be available on April 1. You may also call (800) 831-8629 or email smcmanus@acecwi.com to request an absentee ballot. This voting option opens on April 1 and must be returned by May 13 at noon for our 2026 election.
2. eVote
This voting option opens on April 1 and closes on May 13 at noon for our 2026 election. To vote online, log in to your SmartHub account and click the “Vote Now” button. Be sure to download the SmartHub mobile app for your convenience.
3. In Person
Members can cast a ballot during during our event on May 14 beginning at 4 p.m. and until 5 p.m. We will have a voting booth available. No ballots will be collected during the business meeting beginning at 5 p.m.
