2028 calendar theme – Colors of the year

Thank you to everyone who submitted photos for our 2027 calendar for our “birds” theme! If your photo is selected for our calendar, we will mail you contact you and mail you a copy of the calendar.

For our 2028 calendar, we’re accepting photos for our next photo contest, featuring a different color for each month of the year. For example, January’s theme will be red, and we’d love to see photos that highlight that color, such as an old red barn, a cardinal, or bright red berries on a tree. Photos submitted for our 2028 calendar can showcase nature, wildlife, plants, sports, community events, and more. Let your creativity shine as you capture the colors that make each month unique!

Here are the colors we’ll feature for each month of our 2028 calendar:

January – Red
February – Blue
March – Yellow
April – Green
May – Purple
June – Blue
July – Red
August – Orange
September – Purple
October – Orange
November – Yellow
December – Green

This is a member-only photo contest. Submitted photos can be in color or black and white and should be horizontally-oriented. All photos submitted may be used in future newsletters, cooperative publications, or other marketing materials. If you have troubles submitting photos, please email your photos to hmelby@acecwi.com. Be sure to include your first and last name, service address, and phone number.

The deadline to submit photos for our 2028 calendar is July 31, 2027.
