Understanding Your Bill

1. Contact Information for the cooperative: Phone numbers, mailing address, and our website.

2. Important account information: Member and account numbers, due date, and a summary of account activity.

3. Meter details: Current and previous meter readings, number of days in a billing period, and usage information. Co-op news is shared under the Information area.

4. Detailed Charges: A breakdown of what each charge is for is shown on number 7.

5. Remittance Stub: Return the bottom portion of your bill statement to the co-op if you are mailing in a payment. If you are on auto pay, this area will indicate the amount to be drafted.

6. Usage History Graph: At a glance you can view your energy usage from month to month and comparisons.

7.  Billing Terms: These terms are included in the detailed charges on the front of your bill statement and explains what each charge is for.

8. Outage Information: These are outage tips to consider if you experience a power outage.

9. Back of Remittance Stub: If you mail in a payment and need to update your information or would like to enroll in Operation Round-Up, check the box on the front of the remittance stub and make updates in this area.
