Budget Billing

Budget (fixed) Billing:

Your monthly bill will have the same payment amount every month. The fixed amount for you to pay is calculated based on your past year’s usage history. Then, each April, a true up is part of your bill, to make up any difference between what you were billed for and what you actually used. Your fixed amount to pay is also adjusted at this time. A year of usage history is required before registering. Should two consecutive budget billing payments be missed, your account will automatically be removed from budget billing and the full amount, including any true up balance, will be due.

It’s best to call us in April so we can get you enrolled when we process your May bill (due in June). The enrollment period is from April – August. To sign up for budget billing, contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at (800) 831-8629 or email us at acec@acecwi.com.
