Your monthly bill will fluctuate slightly each month. By taking your past energy usage history and blending in your current usage, an average bill is generated. This levels out what you pay each month and there is no end of year true up billing, like traditional budget plans. Should two consecutive average billing payments be missed, your account will automatically be removed from average billing and the full amount, including any true up balance, will be due.
It’s best to call us in April so we can get you enrolled when we process your May bill (due in June). The enrollment period is from April – August. To sign up for average billing, contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at (800) 831-8629 or email us at email@example.com.
