Terms and Conditions of Enrollment
Authorization: By using the Auto Pay option, your monthly bill will be automatically paid from the account of your choice.
Procedure (timing): Upon receipt of your bill, please review the information and contact us immediately if you have any questions. Your payment will be deducted from the account of your choice on your due date. Auto Pay will not begin until your account has gone through a billing cycle. If you currently have a balance, it will not draft. Please contact us to pay your current balance.
Revocation: The Auto Pay option chosen will remain in effect until revoked by the member, cooperative, or financial institution.
Stop Payment: You have the right to stop payment of a charge by notifying ACEC up to three (3) business days prior to the charging of your account.
