Safety Poster Contest

Hey third graders!

May is Electrical Safety Month and we’re asking third graders in our service area to submit posters of what electrical safety means to them. Students who submit posters have the chance to win a prize from the co-op. The top three posters will be submitted to WECA, the state association for electric cooperatives, for judging as well.

 

HOW TO ENTER:

Posters and registration and rules forms may be uploaded using the form below, or mailed to:

The deadline to make a submission is May 31.

 

Rules:

  • Free entry
  • One entry per third grade student
  • The poster must be themed around electrical safety
  • No computer generated images will be accepted
  • Poster should be at least 8.5″ x 11″, but no larger than 11″ x 14″
  • Entries must include completed entry form
  • Entries must be submitted no later than May 31, 2022

The Registration and Rules Form below MUST be filled out completely to be entered into the contest. By entering the contest, each contestant and/or parent/guardian agrees the submission is the artist’s original work and consents the use of the artist’s first and last name and artwork in publications, exhibits, displays, social media, and websites, as determined by the local electric cooperative and the Wisconsin Electric Cooperative Association. Original drawing/artwork will not be returned to the participant.
