New Office Hours Announced
Beginning June 1, 2009, Adams-Columbia Electric Cooperative's Pardeeville Service Center will have new office hours. The customer service counter will be open Monday - Friday from 12:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. The service center will be closed to walk-in visits during morning hours. Morning visits in Pardeeville can be arranged by appointment.
This change does not affect office hours at the Friendship or Wautoma facilities. The Friendship office is open Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The Wautoma office is open Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Telephone service is also unaffected; customer service representatives are available to take payments, answer questions or assist with new service requests Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
