Adams-Columbia’s 2010 Annual Meeting
Adams-Columbia Electric Cooperative will hold its 23rd Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 27, 2010, at the Montello High School in Montello, Wisconsin. The business meeting will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. in the high school's main gymnasium.

Come early to enjoy a free pancake breakfast provided by the Pancake Brothers and the Community Learning Center. We’ll serve breakfast from 7:30 until 9:00 a.m. in the high school cafeteria.
Our pre-annual meeting program will be open from 8:00 until 9:30 a.m.
Director elections are the primary purpose for the annual meeting; members will cast ballots for director candidates in districts 4, 5, and 7. To learn more about your director candidates, click here (PDF). Absentee ballots are available for members unable to attend the meeting (see below).
We hope you will be able to attend the annual meeting in Montello on Saturday, March 27. It is an excellent opportunity to discover your cooperative and actively participate in its operation.

Absentee Ballot Request Form
If you want to request an absentee ballot, print out the absentee ballot request form (PDF) and return it to Adams-Columbia. When requesting a ballot by mail, please allow ample time for mail delivery to and from your home.
